SALRANCH TOURS operates a tour business from its base on the Salvisberg Ranch in Central Alberta, Canada.

We specialize in custom-tailored itineraries and tour programs for groups of people with similar interests.

Past clients include choirs, yodel groups, agricultural groups, brass bands, etc.

SALRANCH TOURS is owned and operated by Fred and Valerie Salvisberg.  With our three daughters we operate the Salvisberg Ranch located in Central Alberta. 

Fred is of Swiss heritage and emigrated to Canada in the 1970's.  Throughout all these years, Fred has maintained a close contact with Switzerland and with the Swiss community in Western Canada.  Fred is an active yodeler and singer with the Wildrose Yodel Club. He has many interests and is well experienced in the tourism industry.  

Valerie was born and raised in Alberta and looks after the ranch and cattle while Fred is on tour. With the help of our daughters she is pleased to be the hostess at the traditional and popular "BBQ on the Ranch" for our guests.

We specialize in custom designing tours to suit the preferences of our clients.  Through our experience and our many contacts we can make unique suggestions for your tour program.   To ensure the satisfaction of our clients, Fred accompanies the groups whenever possible.  The luxury coaches are chartered from Destiny Charters, and are driven by certified professional drivers.
